Wellbeing Therapies

Calming and nurturing therapies designed to ease stress, restore balance, and support emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Available therapies include: Reiki, Colour Therapy, Crystal Therapy, and Sound Therapy.

Sessions are relaxed, confidential, and guided at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Many people arrive feeling nervous or unsure and leave feeling calmer and reassured.
