Reiki
Reiki is a simple and powerful technique from Japan. A Reiki Treatment is 30 minutes or 60 minutes, and is useful for specific healing or general relaxation. This is the perfect way to spoil yourself.
The treatments are individually tailored to the clients needs and conditions. The practitioner rests their hands for a few minutes on specific areas of the body (head, torso, legs and back) allowing the energy to pass through the client. Reiki is the energy that exists in people, places and things. What is important to remember is that clients draw the energy into their own body on an unconscious level and direct the energy to where it is needed. Therefore the client is always in control throughout this non-invasive treatment and the Reiki practitioner is simply a channel for the energy to move through.
During a treatment the client remains fully clothed at all times and may experience different bodily sensations. Some feel electricity passing through various limbs or tingling or warm sensations, some small scents, see visions, some feel as if they have reverted to the safety of the womb and some just fall asleep. Whatever you might feel, these are merely side effects of the healing process and it is best to enter a treatment with no expectations.

Crystal Therapy
Crystal Therapy Treatments realign the body’s energy fields, opening up the chakras to promote an overall feeling of wellbeing. The crystals which are placed on and around the body set up specific and complex electro magnetic force fields. This energy acts to re-polarise any fields that are misaligned, redistributing the correct energies to restore harmony and balance to both the physical and subtle bodies.
The therapy session starts with the client lying on the therapy couch and then the crystals are placed around the body. Then the client closes their eyes and listens to the relaxation music. Whilst the crystal therapy takes place, the practitioner rests their hands for a few minutes on specific areas of the client’s body (head, arms and legs) allowing the energy to flow through the client. During the treatment the client remains fully clothed. There are 30 minutes and 60 minutes treatments available.

Follow Your Path
Are you feeling lost and looking for direction, do you want to change your path and do something different, or are you looking to change and need help and a plan. If so, then this is for you.
Follow Your Path is a New Service I’m offering, it will help to give you direction and the tools to start you off on your new path of positivity and change. Within the session there will be four elements broken down into the following:
COLOUR HEALING SESSION
This will entail a 30 minute Relaxation Session with working with your Chakras and balancing and clearing the way for positivity and begin the start of your new journey.
FOOD FOR THE SOUL READING
This will be a 30 minute Reading revealing what you need to nourish your soul and what you need to do in order to take that first step of your new journey. Within the message there will also be a little guidance from spirit.
MAKE YOUR OWN VISION BOARD
You will have 60 Minutes to start and plan what you would like to achieve and add to the Vision Board your motivational tools, also any information you feel needs to be on there. The board will be supplied, and you bring along things you would like to put on there, and this can be pictures, words of upliftment, photos, anything you feel is right for you and your vision.
JOURNALLING
You will have 30 minutes to start your new Journal, this will be supplied within the session. Where you can plan your steps which you will take to achieve your goals, to this you can add anything you think you will need, which could be inspirational quotes, photos, and anything else you wish to add.
Within this session, refreshments, scissors, blutak/sellotape, journals, vision boards, support and guidance will be supplied to help you on your new path way.
At the end of the session, you will be ready to start your new path and work towards your goals and dreams. Anything that is discussed in these sessions will be strictly confidential.
The session will last 2 Hours & 30 Mins and will be £150.00. If required a payment plan can be supplied.
