About Donna – I’ve been drawn to all things spiritual for as long as I can remember. I’ve been offering Readings and Therapies for over 25 years, and in the last five years I’ve begun sharing them more regularly while also organising Wellbeing Fayres and other events.

Like many people, I’ve experienced deep loss—my mam, my dad, and my best friend have all passed into the spirit world. I understand the pain of grief and how low it can take you. I reached a point in my life where I felt I couldn’t sink any lower. From there, I slowly began to rebuild myself—day by day, week by week, month by month. It wasn’t easy, but looking back, those experiences have shaped me into a stronger person. It has taken a long time to reach this place of strength and healing.

I also have a stammer, and for the past 20 years I’ve volunteered at Newcastle University, sharing my experiences with trainee Speech Therapists. It feels good to be able to give something back. I am now around 90% fluent, only occasionally getting stuck on certain words. My stammer doesn’t hold me back—it has never stopped me from following my path, including starting my own business.

I created this business to support others on their spiritual journey. I hope to share my experience, understanding, and knowledge with you in a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment.

About Spiritual Wellbeing By Donna – I decided to start my own business, Spiritual Wellbeing By Donna, which opened on 4th November 2023. At first, I opened only on evenings and weekends while still working full-time in my office job. I offer a range of services including Oracle Card Readings, Ribbon Readings, Reiki, Colour Therapy, Crystal Therapy, Mediumship, Sound Therapy, and a variety of Workshops held at my cosy space in Washington Village, Tyne & Wear.

My little space has a warm, home-from-home feel—a place where you can relax, find balance and direction, and simply be yourself. When you come for a Therapy, Reading, or Event, you’re welcome to bring your slippers, help yourself to tea, coffee, and biscuits, and make yourself completely at home. It’s your time to unwind and escape the outside world.

My logo is the Triquetra, one of its meanings being Mind, Body, and Spirit. Through my Readings and Therapies, my aim is to help you find balance, clarity, peace, and the confidence to be your true self. I also offer beautiful spiritual tools—Crystals, Incense, Oracle Cards, and more—to support your wellbeing journey at home. Since opening in November 2023, I’ve welcomed many wonderful clients through my doors, and I’m incredibly grateful for the lovely reviews they have shared.

At the end of January 2025, I took a huge leap and left my full-time office job of 34 years to follow my dream of helping people and growing my little business. It was a scary decision, but I knew it was the right one. My heart has always been in Holistic Therapies, Readings, and all things Spiritual. I am now open during the day as well as evenings and weekends—and I absolutely love it. Being able to meet, support, and connect with so many people is a blessing, and I feel truly thankful that my passion has become my full-time work.

I offer a variety of Therapies, Readings, and Events, all designed to help you relax, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a safe and supportive environment. Over the years I’ve completed a range of courses, including Colour Therapy, Crystal Therapy, Reiki, and Counselling Levels 1, 2, and 3, to name just a few.
