Come and join us for an afternoon of Spirit Art. Norma will take you through the different steps of drawing loved ones from the spirit world and will show you how to link with the spirit world. It will be a lovely way to spend a couple of hours.

Come and join me for 5 weeks of Mindfulness. Each week we will be doing something different and at the end of each session you will have something to take home with you and to start you on your Mindfulness journey.

Each week we will start with a Meditation.

Week 1
Making Own Vision & Manifesting Board
You will receive a white board where you can add pictures, words and anything you want which can be cut from magazines or you can add your own to make your personalised Vision Board and start manifesting your dreams. You can take this home at the end of the session.

Week 2
Making Own Affirmation Cards
You will have Coloured Card, Pencils and Felt Tips to make your own Affirmation Cards and you can use them to help keep you motivated and boost your confidence. You can take these home at the end of the session. You will also receive a folder to keep everything together.

Week3
Journalling – Goals & Aspirations.
You will receive a Journal which you can take home with you and it will have pre-printed Affirmations and you can add your own thoughts, ideas and make it unique to you.

Week 4
Craft Session – Positivity Jars
You will receive your own Positivity Jar which you can make your own, and will have Coloured Notes to write down positive words and memories, and add these to your Jar and anytime you are feeling down or need a boost, just pick a note from your Positivity Jar.

Week 5
Relaxation & Wellbeing – Wind Down & Relax
There will be a small Buffet & Refreshments.
Each Person will receive a 15 Min Reiki Session and will also take away in a Little Gift Bag the following:
Rose Quartz Crystal
Incense
Herbal Tea Bag
Face Mask
