About Donna – I have been interested in all things spiritual for as long as I can remember, and have been giving Readings and Therapies for over 25 years. It has only been the last five years where I have started doing them more frequently whilst organising Wellbeing Fayres and other Events.
Like everyone, I have lost people close to me, my mam, my dad, and my best friend to name but a few, have passed into the spirit world. So I know what it is like to go through the pain of loss and the grief, and also know how low it can take you. I got to a point where I couldn’t get any lower. Once you get to this point you eventually start to rebuild yourself, day by day, week by week, and month by month. It’s not easy, but looking back at what I have been through has made me a stronger person today, it has taken me a very long time to get to this point in my life.
I have a Stammer, and this has enabled me to volunteer for the last 20 years at Newcastle University giving talks to Trainee Speech Therapists about Stammering and my experiences through life with mine, it’s nice to give something back. I am 90% fluent now with my stammer, and I just get stuck on the odd word. My stammer doesn’t stop me or hold me back from doing anything, hence starting up my own business. I started my business to assist people with their spiritual journey, and I would like to share my experiences and knowledge with you in safe and supportive surroundings.
About Spiritual Wellbeing By Donna – I decided to start my own business Spiritual Wellbeing By Donna which I opened on 4th November 2023 and to begin with I was open on Evenings and Weekends, as I worked Full Time in my Office job. I offer Oracle Card Readings, Ribbon Readings, Reiki, Colour Therapy, Crystal Therapy, Mediumship, Sound Therapy and also have Various Workshops and (Click here to view the Events) at my place in Washington Village, Tyne & Wear. When you come for Therapies, Readings or any Events, feel free to bring your slippers, help yourself to tea, coffee and biscuits and make yourself at home, enjoy a relaxing time away from the outside world. My logo is the Triquetra and one of its meanings is Mind, Body and Spirit, and with my Readings and Therapies I would like to help you find balance, direction, feel peace and to be you. I also offer beautiful spiritual tools like Crystals, Incense and Oracle Cards and more to support your journey at home. At the end of January 2025 I took the leap to leave my full time job of 34 years of working in an office to follow my dream of helping people and building up my little business. It was a scary decision but I knew it was the right decision, as my heart and passion lies with Holistic Therapies and Readings and anything Spiritual. I am now there through the Day, Evenings and Weekends and am loving it. Just being able to meet and help so many people is wonderful, I feel so truly thankful and blessed that my job is my dream job.
I offer a range of Therapies, Readings, and Events, all designed to help you relax, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a safe and supportive space. I have done various courses over the years, Colour Therapy, Crystal Therapy, Reiki, Counselling Levels 1, 2 and 3 to name but a few.
