About Me

My Spiritual Journey

I’ve been drawn to all things spiritual for as long as I can remember. For over 25 years, I’ve been offering Readings and Therapies, and in the last five years, I’ve shared them more regularly while organising Wellbeing Fayres and other events.

Like many people, I’ve experienced deep loss. My mam, my dad, and my best friend have all passed into the spirit world. I understand the pain of grief and how low it can take you. At one point, I felt I couldn’t sink any lower. From there, I slowly began to rebuild myself—day by day, week by week, month by month. It wasn’t easy, but those experiences have shaped me into a stronger, more resilient person. Because of them, I’ve reached a place of strength, healing, and compassion that I now share with others.

Overcoming Challenges

I also have a stammer. For the past 20 years, I’ve volunteered at Newcastle University, sharing my experiences with trainee Speech Therapists. It feels good to give back. Today, I am around 90% fluent and only occasionally get stuck on certain words. My stammer has never held me back, and it certainly hasn’t stopped me from following my path, including starting my own business.

Spiritual Wellbeing By Donna

I created my business, Spiritual Wellbeing By Donna, to support others on their spiritual journey. The business officially opened on 4th November 2023. Initially, I worked evenings and weekends while continuing my full-time office job. I now offer a range of services, including:

All sessions and events are held in my cosy, welcoming space in Washington Village, Tyne & Wear.

My Space

My little space has a warm, home-from-home feel. When you visit, you can relax, find balance, and simply be yourself. You’re welcome to bring your slippers, enjoy tea, coffee, or biscuits, and make yourself completely at home. It’s your time to unwind and escape the outside world.

The Meaning Behind My Logo

My logo features the Triquetra, a symbol representing Mind, Body, and Spirit. Through my Readings and Therapies, my goal is to help you find balance, clarity, peace, and the confidence to be your true self. Additionally, I offer spiritual tools—crystals, incense, Oracle Cards, and more—to support your wellbeing journey at home.

Following My Passion

At the end of January 2025, I took a huge leap and left my office job of 34 years to focus full-time on my passion. It was a scary decision, but I knew it was the right one. My heart has always been in Holistic Therapies, Readings, and all things spiritual. I am now open during the day as well as evenings and weekends, and I absolutely love it. Meeting, supporting, and connecting with so many people feels like a true blessing.

My Services and Qualifications

I offer a variety of Therapies, Readings, and Events, all designed to help you relax, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a safe and supportive environment. Over the years, I have completed a range of courses, including Colour Therapy, Crystal Therapy, Reiki, and Counselling Levels 1, 2, and 3.
